Canada Flat-Rate Shipping (within Canada, excluding Calgary.):
All orders within Canada and the U.S.a. will be charged a $25 shipping fee. All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow for extra time if a statutory holiday falls on the timeline of your delivery.
U.S.A. Flat-Rate Shipping:
All orders within U.S.A. will be charged a $30 shipping fee. All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow for extra time if a statutory holiday falls on the timeline of your delivery. Customers are responsible for duties where applicable.
International's air with tracking is $85 flat rate. Please allow 4-12 weeks to arrive from the date your order was confirmed shipped. Customers are responsible for duties where applicable.
Order Tracking (if applicable):
An email will be sent to you once the order has been shipped.
If stock is easily accessible an email will be sent, and a date of approximate restocking will be indicated. If the item can not be restocked a full refund will be issued to the customer, to the card that was used to make the original purchase.
Depending on where the final destination of the package you may be charged customs/duties. Please note this is separate from the shipping charge. Customers are responsible to pay these fees upon receiving their package, not Strawberry Boots. Please research the different rates for customs/duties in your country for more information.
Refused Shipments/Redirecting Shipments:
We are not responsible for any shipments that are refused. If the appearance of the box is damaged please accept the package and contact us right away, so we may assist with the order as needed. Please make sure addresses are correct, once the orders are in the shipping address can not be changed.
Within 14 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item or receive a refund to the original method of payment (Please provide copy of receipt as proof of date of return.)
After 14 days: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a website code credit.(Please provide copy of receipt as proof of date of return.)
After 30 days: we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
Within 14 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a product credit with a website code. Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.
Return & Exchange Details
For all returns or exchanges, items must not be damaged, not washed, and/or not used. All original tags must be attached, and in original packaging.
Items purchased using pre-paid credit cards will only be allowed to exchange the product or given a store credit code.
Please make sure items are still in original packaging, and/or have not been used/washed to get a full refund within 14 days. Please have your receipt so we can find your purchase in our system to refund the amount back to your card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and E-transfers. For international orders, you must have a verified PayPal account to complete your purchase. If you are using a prepaid gift card, you will need to register a billing address with the credit card company before placing an order.
