Free Shipping (within Canada):
Orders over $50 excluding taxes will ship for free within Canada. All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Please allow for extra time if a statutory holiday falls on the timeline of your delivery.
An email will be sent to you once the order has been shipped.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. In some instances items might not be available anymore, customers will be notified.
Depending on where the final destination of the package you may be charged customs/duties. Please note this is separate from the shipping charge. Customers are responsible to pay these fees upon receiving their package, not Strawberry Boots. Please research the different rates for customs/duties in your country for more information.
Refused Shipments/Redirecting Shipments:
We are not responsible for any shipments that are refused. If the appearance of the box is damaged please accept the package and contact us right away, so we may assist with the order as needed. Please make sure addresses are correct, once the orders are in the shipping address can not be changed.
Within 14 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item or receive a refund to the original method of payment.
After 14 days: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a website code credit.
After 30 days: we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Return & Exchange Details
For all returns or exchanges, items must not be damaged, washed, or used. All original tags must be attached, and in original packaging.
Items purchased using pre-paid credit cards will only be allowed to exchange the product or given a store credit code.
At this time no exchanges or returns will be accepted at The Gear Shop. Please email and indicate in the subject line "Return" or "Exchange". Detail your concerns with as much detail as possible so we can handle your concerns.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Diners Club International, PayPal. For international orders, you must have a verified PayPal account to complete your purchase. If you are using a prepaid gift card, you will need to register a billing address with the credit card company before placing an order.
