Shipping policy

Simply put the address you wish the package to be mailed to in the “shipping” address. You will either have the option to pay for shipping or it will be “free” if you’ve met the minimum order amount. Our online orders are typically shipped 3-5 business days. Tracking information will be e-mailed once the package is mailed.

International Shipping Policy

International customers must pay any Customs duties, import taxes or tariffs. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of these charges at checkout. You will be provided with a second invoice detailing these charges prior to shipment. It is the customers responsibility to pay these charges.

Your order confirmation only details the amount collected by Strawberry Boots. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If your order is refused upon delivery no refund will be provided.
