Soak in water overnight before using. To seal the pottery and help to reducing stains.
Heating sake: Boil a pot of water, remove pot from heat source and onto a heat resistant surface. Place sake inside, and let it sit for 3mins. Using a food thermometer verify that its reached 37-40 degrees celcius. Serve holding the tokkuri with both hands. Enjoy!
